Fun for fur and feathers: How we enrich the life of zoo animals

Sunday 13 and 20 August

Join us to create an animal enrichment item for your pet at home and learn about how Adelaide Zoo makes and provides enrichment to animals.

Participants will get their own workstation with all the materials required to get innovative and creative.

You’ll be led by the team to create your enrichment while hearing from the specialised volunteers that make enrichment items for species like the Sumatran Tigers, Squirrel Monkeys, Giant Pandas and macaws. You will also get to lend a paw in creating enrichment items for zoo animals!

Book your place for free, but participants will need to purchase an entry ticket for the same day. Zoos SA members enter the zoo free.

Bookings are essential.
