Zoo Colours School Holiday Competition – Terms & Conditions
This competition is run by Zoos South Australia (ABN: 38 750 470 952) located at Adelaide Zoo, Frome Road, Adelaide SA 5000. All enquiries relating to the competition should be directed to Zoos South Australia.

Competition Period
The competition begins at 9:30 am on Saturday 26 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday 11 October 2026. Zoos SA accepts no responsibility for late or incomplete entries.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must discover the six colourful clues located at different animal habitats around Adelaide Zoo. At each stop, find the colour, letter and animal colour fact, then match each letter to its colour to solve the secret word. Scan the QR code and submit the correct secret word with the required contact details to go into the draw. Only correct and complete entries will be considered valid.

Prize
The prize includes:
1 × $100 Zoos SA Gift Card for Adelaide Zoo

Gift cards are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold. Gift cards are valid for three (3) years and can be redeemed at the Zoo Shop, Safari Shop, Panda Shop and Outpost Shop.

Winner Selection
This competition is a game of chance. One winner will be drawn at random at 10:00 am on Tuesday following the competition close. Winners will be contacted within five (5) business days of the draw using the contact details provided. Winners will have 14 days to respond and claim their prize. If a prize is not claimed within this timeframe, Zoos SA reserves the right to conduct a second draw and select a new winner from the original pool of eligible entries.

By entering the competition, participants agree to be subscribed to Zoos SA mailing lists. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

General Conditions
Zoos SA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry where Zoos SA reasonably suspects unlawful, misleading or improper conduct, or where these Terms and Conditions have been breached. Any costs associated with entering the competition remain the responsibility of the entrant and will not be covered by Zoos SA.
