Boo at the Zoo has SOLD OUT for 2021

Calling all ghosts, ghouls and goblins! Join us if you dare for a Halloween scare at our spooktacular after hours event.

Your little witches and wizards will freak for our trick-or-treat trail, animal enrichment, spooky entertainment, ghoulish giveaways and more. Dress to impress, or even scare!

Food and Entertainment:

  • Trick or treat! Everyone can pick up a treat bag on arrival and fill it up throughout the zoo, with stations from Robern Menz, Kytons Bakery, and Jonny’s Popcorn!
  • Grab a bite to eat at Wisteria Cafe, Fig Tree Cafe, or catch up to our roving cream cart!
  • With magic shows, animal presentations, selfie stations, and much more – there’s fun for the whole family!

Important information:

  • Adelaide Zoo will close at 3:30pm on Friday 29 October so we can transform the zoo ready for the fun. Gates will reopen at 4pm to Boo at the Zoo ticket-holders.
  • Children under the age of 4 must have a FREE Cub ticket purchased for them (every person counts towards our overall capacity and we don’t want to turn anyone away)
  • Transferrable passes cannot be used for Boo member discounts as they are linked to the life member number that is entitled to the Boo member rates
  • Companion card is honoured for this event
