We currently have a reduced visitor capacity and many weekends are selling out fast. To avoid disappointment, please purchase tickets online in advance. Find out more here

We’re open! Here’s what you need to know for your next visit.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and to ensure the safety of our staff, visitors and animals, we’ve made some temporary changes to our conditions of entry. A date-specific ticket or reservation will be required for all visitors whether you’re a current Zoos SA member, have purchased an entry ticket previously, have a voucher (purchased directly from us or via third-party provider) or are a new ticket purchaser. Date specific tickets and reservations will help us to manage our capacity requirements. These tickets can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.

To cancel or change your booking please email reservations@zoossa.com.au with your Order Number, name and contact details used to make the booking.

Please be mindful that children under 4 still require a free ticket as they count towards the overall capacity. We must adhere to restrictions and do not want to turn anyone away, so please do the right thing and ensure you book everyone in.

Free Member Reservation Ticket

If you’re a current Zoos SA member, please let us know when you would like to visit by ordering a free date-specific reservation ticket online. You will need to validate your membership barcode (on the back of your membership card) in order to access these tickets.

Please note: Even if you have purchased a member reservation ticket, you must also bring your membership card to be scanned upon entry. Your reservation ticket alone will not permit entry.

Please book a ticket for everyone in your group or family, including children under 4.
