Our adorable otter pups need names and we want your help!

Born in March to parents Kalaya and Bao, the two pups have grown fast and are now almost the same size as their parents and siblings, Rama and Mali.

Keepers are looking for two fitting names for this cute boy-and-girl pair, inspired by the region in which this awesome species is found.

Ranging from parts of India and southern China to throughout Southeast Asian countries including Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar and Vietnam, these mammals spend their lives hunting for fish, crustaceans and vertebrates in freshwater environments.

Here at the zoo, the six otters can often be heard before they’re seen with all of them being incredibly vocal around meal time.

So, think you have some otterly amazing ideas for our duo’s titles?

Simply enter your three favourite name suggestions below for your chance to win a family pass to Adelaide Zoo.

Competition ends 5pm, 1 November so get those names in quick!
