To renew your membership, please click on the link at the bottom of this page

Now you can renew your Zoo membership via the Zoo webpage. All that you need to have ready is:

1. All current individual/family members names and membership numbers ready
2. Current credit card details to renew your membership

When you have renewed your membership successfully online, your new membership passes will be in the post to you within 10 business days. 

If you would like to visit the zoo before the cards arrive, please have either your drivers license or old membership cards ready for presentation at the Zoo gate so that our gatekeepers can check your membership on our database to confirm your current membership.
