Creature Crewsaders – A journey around the world – putting yourself into the picture!

Zoos SA has released a new Members Only program for its junior members. Take a journey with us as we explore the animals in our care and how they fit in to the giant jigsaw of nature. Lead by Zoos SA Nature Theatre presentation team in partnership with Zoos SA volunteers. Let your child explore through hands on activities how they can put themselves into nature.

Animals in Focus Photography Course – Basics and Advanced

Tour the Adelaide Zoo with Photographer, Lindsay Poland, as he takes you through the beautiful surroundings of the zoo to share some of the secrets of perfect animal photography. Learn how to photograph through glass and how to make the wire disappear and a lot more about techniques that will help to enhance your photos.

Great Whites and Great Bites

One animal we dont have at the zoo is a shark. However we do have someone who knows a lot about them ! Our amazing Nature theater presenter Dr Rachel Robbins worked with great white sharks off the coast of South Australia for 15 years and studied them for her PhD.

Join us with Rachel to explore the secretive lives of these remarkable animals.
