Monarto Zoo Education
Programs Available
Monarto Education offers a wide variety of programs, many of which are “hands-on”. We hope these programs will have a major influence on the knowledge, understanding, attitude and lifestyle of participants.
No Education Officer required
Guided Safari Bus Tours
A 60 to 90 minute tour of the exotic animal habitats with commentary from a trained volunteer guide. Please click on the link below for more information.
Bush Walks
A network of walking tracks enables environmental study or adventure walks through the park. Online Resources provide activitie which students could undertake on the walking tracks.

Service projects at Monarto (Bush,Creeks, Revegetation)
Students can "work" on projects which will improve the environment, develop practical skills and teamwork or provide practical applications for subject related skills.
Planetkeeper
Exciting action programs where students learn, up close, about a particular threatened species, then take action to help conservation programs "in the wild".
