For owners of an SLR camera, this one-day (6hr) Course is an introduction to animal photography with photographer, Kristina Jansons-Binns. It will provide you with special photo opportunities in the Zoo based on skill level, as well as covering some theory about such things as shutter speed, aperture, film speed, etc in the classroom. There will also be a special visit to one of the Zoo’s Behind the Scenes areas to meet one of the animals. Cost is $80.00 (discount price for both Beginner’s & Advanced Courses of $140.00) and is suitable for Adults and Senior Secondary photography students. Numbers limited to 12 people. Price includes a return visit to the Zoo for a follow-up session to share, view and critique photos taken during the Course. Date to be negotiated with participants.
